We will assist you in writing your HR policies & procedures and ensure they comply with legislative requirements.
2. Remuneration Planning & Review :-
Synergy Training & Consulting will proactively maintain your competitiveness in the labour market by ongoing research into remuneration trends and practices. We will work with you to set rates that will retain and motivate staff in a cost effective manner.
3. Job Analysis & Job Evaluation :-
We will work with our client to compile and revise job descriptions. We believe ‘your employees are your assets’. We will liaise with all levels of staff to ensure the job description is in alignment with the culture of the organisation allowing you to find ideal employees.
4. Recruitment :- We will work with you to source the right recruitment agencies and candidates.
5. Recruitment Interviewing :-We will assist our clients in implementing behavourial, general and specific interview questions. If required we are happy to conduct the interviews on our clients behalf.
6. Performance Appraisal :- We will work with you and your management team to implement a succinct performance appraisal procedure that is easy to follow by all levels of employees and in alignment with the business goals. The performance appraisal procedure will encourage 360 degree feedback.
7. Succession Planning :- We will initiate and facilitate your succession planning processes in conjunction with line managers.
8. Exit Interviews :- Synergy Training & Consulting will prepare and conduct exit interviews. We will analyse staff turnover trends.
